Is your vehicle safe to drive? If yes, please stop by for a free inspection and estimate. You do not need an appointment. We are here Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. If your vehicle is not safe to drive your insurance should be able to coordinate a tow to our shop. Just give us a heads up and we will notify you as soon as your vehicle arrives.
We work with all insurances. If your insurance tries to steer you to "one of their shops" please be aware this tactic is illegal in most states, the customer chooses the shop not the insurance. If someone hits you, get their insurance information and call their insurance to report the accident. If you are at fault contact your own insurance. Provide us with the claim number and we can submit all photos and detailed estimate to your insurance for approval.
South Side Auto Body guarantees their work 100%. If you have any concerns following a repair please do not hesitate to discuss with us. Simply bring your vehicle back by and our tech will work closely with you to resolve any issues. We guarantee our work for as long as you own the vehicle. Please note due to high elevation and severe weather exposure in our area the vehicle must be waxed twice a year for the guarantee to be valid.
